Compare with Kenbishi and Mizuho. Room temperature. First of all, the color is too different compared to Mizuho. The color is too bright. It has a strong aroma of matured sake. It is mild in the mouth, but the acidity and umami come in a big burst compared to other brands. I don't think it has much alcohol. I am addicted to drinking it and eating sashimi without soy sauce. I think you don't need any snacks if you drink Kenrishi.
It's a rare sake, but it's not a hard liquor, so it's easy to drink and you can easily finish it in gulps...I'll buy it again this year.

I took the first sip so I could taste it. In other words, it tastes more like Mirin (sweet sake).
