Today's evening drink. The second bottle at Yokocho Heyi.
I tried Kirinzan after reading the comments on the menu. In a word, it is light and dry. My colleague chose Kuroryu. That's not a Niigata Prefecture sake!
Today's dinner. On a business trip to Shinobata City, Niigata Prefecture, I went to "Yokocho Hey" in front of the station.
Sake here is basically served in small bottles, not in bulk or anything like that. I personally think this is the way to go, as it does not oxidize like a full bottle.
I had the Tsururei, and my colleague had the Jun of the Shimehari Tsuru. Now, what should I try next?
Today's dinner: for the second day in a row, I visited Han-soke near Miyako Station. As soon as I passed through the curtain, I was greeted with a "welcome home" call. In addition, a "Good work, you've worked hard. I am already a regular (laugh). Ippo" is a Japanese word for "Ippo" in Japanese. It is a sake with a strong rice flavor. Tonight, we toast with sashimi, edamame, and yakitori!
Today's dinner. On a business trip to Miyako City, we had a bottle of freshly brewed local sake Senryo Otokoyama at Han-azake near Miyako Station. Served with assorted sashimi and fried oysters.
Today's evening drink. I bought "Mansaku no Hana" from Serion on a business trip to Akita. It has a robust flavor and goes well with Japanese food. Tonight's snack is yakitori (grilled chicken) that I bought from Nippon Ichi. I also bought some Iburi Gako (pickled ginger) from Serion, so I will have it with cheese afterwards.
Today's evening drink.
I bought this bottle for a friend's birthday celebration at Sendai Station.
It has a refreshing taste and is perfect as a food sake. It was also good with the pizza I bought from Lopia.
Happy birthday to my friend!
Today was a very lively and festive day as an adult gathering was held nearby.
On such a day, I drank today's evening drink. I bought a bottle of "Ichinokura" special junmai sake at a nearby liquor store.
I couldn't resist a glass of it in the kitchen while I was making some sake. It was quite tasty with a hint of sweetness.
Today's dinner.
You might say that I drank a lot on my business trip, but... yes, that's right!
Senryo Otokoyama from Miyako City's Hishiya Sake Brewery. I had a glass yesterday, and today I had a glass of "Ko" recommended by the proprietress. Yes, no doubt about it.
Today's dinner, No. 2.
As we had come all the way to Miyako City, we decided to try Miyako City's local sake, so we asked the store owner about it. Yummie!
Today's dinner.
Since I was on a business trip to Miyako City, I thought I would drink Miyako City's local sake... but I ended up ordering the standard local (Aomori) sake. In fact, I am the type of person who can't be adventurous. Hachisen, delicious!
Tonight's evening drink.
Hamachidori's special junmai sake, limited edition "Red Label".
On the first day of the consecutive holidays, I drank alone.
Oden is the order of the evening.
Tonight's dinner.
As it was a business trip to Kamaishi City, we went to our favorite izakaya (Japanese-style bar) again today. Today's recommendation of the waiter. Washinoo, the brewer's sake. This is delicious. We were the first to open the bottle.
Tonight's dinner.
Sake from Gojome, Akita Prefecture, part of the NEXT5.
As usual, it has a very good flavor. Akita is known for its hot sake, but it also tastes great cold.
Tonight's dinner.
I bought this from a convenience store in Kamaishi City when I was there on a business trip the other day.
It's getting a little cooler, so I'm going to enjoy it with hot oden.
Tonight's dinner.
A friend of mine brought a bottle of Toyobai!
Steady deliciousness.
I've been drinking a lot of "N" from the same brewery lately, so I'm a little deeply moved.
Tonight's evening drink.
Special Junmai Hiyoroshi from Kawaguchi Natto in Miyagi Prefecture.
It has a refreshing taste.
Above all, the name has a big impact.
