It has a fruity sweetness like a daiginjo, but with a fresh flavor with a tingling texture. It was an instant hit when I paired it with miso oden, a dish that is very well soaked in miso. It was a superb dish for a banquet to thank my wife who worked hard this year and gave her all she had as a wife. 100 points!

The biggest find of the year: Mimuro cedar. I bought it at Sakaizendo in Fushimi, Nagoya. I paired it with sashimi, but it was so dry and refreshing that I would rather drink it with simmered kinmei or other fatty, strong-flavored dishes to cut through the fat.

Recommended to me at Shusendo Horiichi in the Fushimi underground shopping mall in Nagoya. It is not sweet at all, but elegant, fruity, sweet and sour with a great balance, refreshing, fragrant, all just right and delicious! And the cost is great too! A repeat purchase for sure! The only drawback is that the low alcohol content of 13 degrees makes it very easy to drink, so you will run out of the four-pack in seconds without finding the time to stop... 100

I bought it at a liquor store at first glance because of my personal attachment to Yaotsu, where this brewery is located. It has a sake-like quality and sharpness, and I can't explain why, but I enjoyed it very quickly and deliciously.

Sake from Miyagi Prefecture given to me by my father-in-law. It is a sake that seems to be a favorite of people from the Tohoku region, but it is not too sweet. It goes well with fatty sardines rather than the lighter sea robin, and I would pair it with Chinese dishes if I wanted to.

Crisp and without any cloying taste. In my hometown of Suwa, I paired it with horse sashimi. It is also delicious with lightly seasoned dishes such as boiled zucchini, vinegared cucumber and shiso pickles, and chilled tofu. However, when paired with fresh Kumotan from the hometown of Rebun, which happened to arrive at the same time as the dish.... The unotan was not too sticky to begin with, and the Masumi combined with it was so delicious that it was almost like a demon! I'm so happy from the bottom of my heart that I can afford this kind of luxury with the money I earn while working a boring job!

This is delicious! The sake brewer said it is dry and cuts through even yellowtail fat, and I totally agree. I'm so glad I got it. I don't have any yellowtail, so it's just mackerel 😂100
