Crisp and without any cloying taste. In my hometown of Suwa, I paired it with horse sashimi. It is also delicious with lightly seasoned dishes such as boiled zucchini, vinegared cucumber and shiso pickles, and chilled tofu.
However, when paired with fresh Kumotan from the hometown of Rebun, which happened to arrive at the same time as the dish....
The unotan was not too sticky to begin with, and the Masumi combined with it was so delicious that it was almost like a demon!
I'm so happy from the bottom of my heart that I can afford this kind of luxury with the money I earn while working a boring job!
