The biggest find of the year: Mimuro cedar.
I bought it at Sakaizendo in Fushimi, Nagoya.
I paired it with sashimi, but it was so dry and refreshing that I would rather drink it with simmered kinmei or other fatty, strong-flavored dishes to cut through the fat.
