sacchaso
I received a bottle from a friend who recommended it to me.
The label is very wine-like and very nice. Cute.
Now, let's see what's inside.
The aroma on the palate is lemon/lime, just like the label says.
The next thing that comes is a very clear and beautiful taste.
Then immediately comes a firm sourness that I've never felt before.
Is this the power of wine yeast? It's delicious.
I think it's quite sweet for a sake, but the acidity tightens it up and it's very complete.
I get the impression that there are different types of people who don't like it, but if you're not a fan of sake, I think it will suit you.
I love challenging things like this!
Thank you my friend!
On the spur of the moment, I poured some rock ice into a glass with a cut lemon and drank it, and it was a personal hit!
It was as if I was drinking a lemon liqueur on the rocks.
The slight melting of the ice, the moderate sweetness of the drink itself, the firm sourness, and the cut lemon create a nice synergistic effect that transforms the drink into something else!
It's a wicked thing to do, but if you're progressive, give it a try!
