sacchaso
This is another label buy!
I bought it because it looks like something that tickles my kitchen mind, and because my hometown is Hiroshima.
I moved out of the prefecture when I went to university, so when I thought about it, I realized that I had never drunk sake from Hiroshima before. Mottainai.
I'd like to visit Saijo for sake someday.
I had a lot of classmates from Saijo in high school, I wonder if they are all doing well?
Well, what's in this one, well, it's good!
The aroma in the mouth is fruity, and quite strong. Melon? Pear? I guess it's like a pear.
When you put it in your mouth, it's mellow and very smooth, with a good amount of flavor that lasts for a little while, and then it ends with a nice alcohol feeling.
It is very easy to drink and was emptied in an instant. Awesome.
I found out that it is aged at minus 2 degrees for half a year.
It's a very convincing taste.
I was surprised to see the back of the label after I drank it. I also like this kind of playfulness.
I've found another good sake!
