I've always wanted to try Kamikimoto, and it matched my boom in nama-gara sake, so I bought it, even though it was a bit expensive.
Seriously, I'm glad I bought it!
The aroma in the mouth is fruity and very refreshing.
From the time you taste it to the time you swallow it, the taste is clean with a hint of sweetness.
At the end, you can feel the crisp alcohol, but it's just right. It is more dry than most of the nama-gara-shu. That's the impression I get.
In general, I think the word "elegant" or "honorable" is perfect.
The wife said it was her favorite so far, and she seemed to like it a lot!
It's something we like to keep on hand for a little luxury as a couple.
