One word: easy to drink.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you get a fruity aroma, and when you put it on your tongue, the sweetness of sake comes, and you feel the crackling carbonation that only unpasteurized sake can provide, without feeling much alcohol.
I think I can understand why it is labeled as a wine.
Well, my wife and I found ourselves drinking more than usual.
