This is my first Akabu. Since it was my first time, I wondered if I should go for a standard one, but I like autumn sake, so I chose this one. It is very easy to drink at first and has a slightly dry and bitter taste, which is exquisite and very tasty. It has nothing to do with the sake, but the packaging is very cool. I thought it tasted similar to a sake I once drank at a home party, but I couldn't remember which sake it was.
