Recently, tazake has been my boom, and this time I had a glass of nama sake.
I had an image that nama-shu was crisp and tasty, but it was a different taste from the previous special junmai hi-ire sake, and it came in quickly with a sharp aftertaste.
To be honest, the hi-ire sake had more sweetness and I preferred the hi-ire version.
As a lover of nama-shu, I used to think that nama-shu was a sure thing, but I was shocked to find that I prefer hi-ire for tasake.
However, I will look forward to next year's Tasake because it is also delicious in its own way.
