This is my first Isshuikusuisei.
I often hear people say it is too thin, but I enjoyed it very much because it has a gaseous taste, a unique nigori flavor, and a refreshing sharpness at the end.
I think it is very tasty because it is refreshing and yet has a strong flavor.
