We got it as a souvenir from Akita Yurihonjo city. It seems to be a sake named after the second generation of Sato Sake Brewery. It is a dry sake, but it is not so sharp and dry. I think it is better to drink it slowly and taste it.

This is a one-cup bottle of Mizutaka Jo-Sen with the Kumamon label that I received as a souvenir. It's a little bit sweet, and I think women like it. It's summer, so I've been drinking it chilled. I bought this when I went on a trip to Shimane Prefecture. Nigorizake. It has a slightly sweet taste with a nice aftertaste, and goes down the throat easily. It was gone in no time. Next time I buy it, I'll try to buy other kinds of sake as well.
