I bought a bottle of Sakai no Dawn at a local supermarket. Sake Nouveau. A clear sake that soaks into the body and soul. It tastes a little sweet. This is the first time I've had it this year, and it's good!

Tasake's sparkling sake. I paired it with the hairy crab I received as part of my hometown tax payment, and it was just as I had expected. The refined taste of the crab and the shwashiness had a synergistic effect and was delicious. It has a refreshing aftertaste with no unpleasant aftertaste. The bubbles were fine and not too fizzy. It was a good end to the three-day weekend!

Calm aroma. The flavor is as if the rice has been blended with clean water. The umami is also light and the sweetness is restrained, so the aftertaste is refreshing. It seems that the brewery only has one bottle of this sake, but I am glad I only have one bottle.

Sake of the month for January. The bottle was opened after half a year's sleep. We procured the best sake snacks from Nezu Matsumoto, the best fish shop in Tokyo. Yamada-Nishiki has an image of light and well-balanced, but the flavor is concentrated. A little bit of acidity is also a nice accent.

A sweet and tasty type of royal road. It has no peculiarities and is really easy to drink. It was perfect as a mealtime sake, and went well with sashimi and grilled squid with shichimi.

The label says it was brewed in 2020. I didn't know it had been laid down for a long time. It is originally a dry sake, but it is balanced just before you feel the alcohol taste and think it is too much. It is a strange sake that is easy to drink even though it makes you feel hot.

Rice and agave dobrok. A stunning sense of Hassaku. As an octuplet lover, I was satisfied with the bitterness, but wanted an expression of the fresh taste in my mouth. I was thinking that is not a dobrok.... But I think this series is an interesting challenge!

Sake of the month for July. The final sake of this hanpukai. After a slight aroma, the sake leaves the mouth, but the bitterness that lingers on the tongue? Astringency? This is a good sake to pair with something with a strong flavor. I wonder if the bitterness was accentuated because it was paired with bonito in ginger soy sauce. Let's try it with something else in the evening.

Imanaya GUITO! vol. 4 June Sake. The last of this hanpukai is Tsuchida. It is sweet, mild, and delicious. It is not overdressed and is absorbed easily by the body. I paired it with Manganji togarashi (red pepper) and cooked baby sardines. It was a perfect combination.
