I bought it at a sake shop in Oyama city. It is Hououmita, the first of three bottles purchased. If it is Hououmida, it is a standard one! And, because it was in the description of the liquor store This one is the best. The taste of the rice and the sweetness is just right and it goes well. I drank it up in no time at all😊.

I bought it at a shop in Hamamatsu station. I had it at the hotel that day. It is a sake brewed with white wine yeast, and the yeast of Chablis in Burgundy in France is used. I was very curious and bought it. When I drank it, I wanted to say it was white wine. But it didn't have the sourness of white wine and the sweetness of sake, it was a strange kind of sake😊. The strength is low so I drank it right up😊.

Purchased at Morito Shuzo. It was a sake brewery in the quiet scenery. This sake caught our eyes. From the HP. This sake is made from carefully selected rice grown in Yaita City and brewed with natural ginkgo yeast purely cultivated from cherry blossoms. When you try it, you'll find that it's mild for an undiluted sake, with no residual sweetness. The waitress says she drinks it on the rocks every night for dinner. I tried it myself! It's not too spicy, so I had it with my dinner 😊.

On that day, it was possible to visit the cave, so we visited the cave as well. Mellow, sweet, and a little peculiar, it is a sake with a peculiar feeling😊. I've drank this sake a few times before, but the aged sake is very unique 钎 But I like that peculiarity😅.

I bought it today at Niida Honke. I stopped by on my way back from seeing the Miharu-no-Taki cherry blossoms in full bloom. I stopped by because I was curious about the melon of the Niida Honke after seeing the sake. This is the Junmai Genshu that they pour here. It's a sake with an 80% rice polishing ratio. It's an unpasteurized sake with sweetness and richness. This is a liquor store that makes sake with care for nature and nature. I drank it while feeling their commitment to natural sake. 😊
