This sake is made from carefully selected rice grown in Yaita City and brewed with natural ginkgo yeast purely cultivated from cherry blossoms.
When you try it, you'll find that it's mild for an undiluted sake, with no residual sweetness.
The waitress says she drinks it on the rocks every night for dinner.

It's not too spicy, so I had it with my dinner 😊.
