First, it was slightly sweet. Then, there was a little bit of a richness, and the sake itself had a strong flavor, but personally, I thought it lacked a little bit of depth. The aroma was a little weak. However, I thought the delicate umami, spiciness, and sweetness typical of junmai daiginjo-style sake was very tasty.

The flavor is dry with a strong richness and umami. It is not smooth, and you can enjoy sake that is rich in a good way. This time, I tried it in three different ways. First, I drank it cold, and it became slightly crisp and well-balanced, which was delicious. Next, I drank it at room temperature. I found it a bit stubborn. It may not be suitable for the state. Finally, I added ice and drank it on the rocks. I don't usually put ice in sake, and I have never done so before, but I had a hunch that it would go well on the rocks. So I tried it. It was a perfect match, and when drunk on the rocks, it was crisp, easy to drink, and had a strong flavor. Later on, the ice melted and it became easy to drink. I highly recommend it.

I was impressed by the clarity of the flavor. I immediately went to buy sashimi and tasted it with it, which was the most luxurious experience. Although it is dry, it is not light but full-bodied and dry. It is best when paired with something refreshing such as white fish sashimi. It is also good with pickles...

High-alcohol sake with 17% alcohol content. I drank the whole bottle and got quite drunk. The taste is mellow, there is no alcohol smell, and it is easy to drink, but be careful not to drink too much because you will be drunk by the time you realize it!

The familiar Kubota Senju. This is the first time I've had it, but it's also the first time I've had the ginjo itself. It was quite mild, with a light rice flavor, but without any peculiarities, and it was well balanced for everyone. I myself would have liked a little more character, but I think it is a good sake for everyday drinking, including the cost.

春らしい日本酒を発見してラベル買いしました。 辛口と表記していたので、楽しみに呑んでみたら明らかに甘口! 全然違うじゃん! と思いつつも、心地よい甘さが口に広がりこれはこれでなかなかと。 春らしさはよくわからなかったけど、華やかさはありましたので、それかな?

超辛口ではあったものの、米の甘味がしっかり残った一本。 他のシリーズは飲んだことが無かったので、他のを飲んでまた書かれたらとおもいます。 とりあえず辛い中にしっかり甘味が感じられたのと、普段飲みには程よい荒々しさと飲みやすさだと思いました。

It had no flavor at all when I first opened it, and the mouthfeel wasn't great, but it turned into a huge monster on the second day. It was flavorful, tasty, and had a dry, crisp finish that I couldn't get enough of.

Kamikimoto's brewery No.51 "Nongshin" Toji Shoichi Sato. It is fruity, easy to drink, just right, spicy, and has a great taste of rice. I'd like to try all of the sake brewed before No. 51.

We got some sake as a Christmas present! It's a sake from Hokkaido called "Yukiguni no Daruma", which has a unique bottle design. The hat on the head turns into an oinokuchi as it is! LOL! It tastes super dry! It also has a good sharpness. It has a nice crispness to it, but we felt it needed a little more depth of flavor, but it's a great sake to give as a gift. Rice polishing ratio: 70%. Rice used: Mainly "Ginpu" from Shin Totsukawa Alcohol: 14-15%. Manufacturer: Kanadake Shuzo Co. Address: 71-7, Aza Chuo, Shintotsukawa-cho, Kabado-gun, Hokkaido
