I finally had a chance to drink Ryusen, which is said to be the highest peak of Jyushidai. It's water, it's clear, it's really clear, it's so beautiful.

This Miepin 2014 was so delicious.
The sweetness, the fact that it was aged and yet had no smell, the sticky sweetness was just right, and the aroma lingered on the tongue, it was sublime.
The owner must be very good at aging...
