I didn't take a pull-out picture, I cried.

First time at Naohiko Noguchi Laboratory!
This one also has an exceptional balance of sourness and sweetness! Delicious!

I finally had a chance to drink Ryusen, which is said to be the highest peak of Jyushidai. It's water, it's clear, it's really clear, it's so beautiful.
It's water, it's clear, it's really clear, it's so beautiful to drink, it doesn't leave any aftertaste....
It's really refreshing, so clean, and the feeling that it doesn't leave any aftertaste...
I was very impressed with this drink.

This one had the most matured feel to it, and it wasn't really like Shinmasa, was it?
People who like matured sake seem to like it a lot!

Why do they keep popping out these egregious ones...?
Man-no-ki has a very strong taste, and among the Jyushiyo, I thought it was too strong to finish it in one day! However, the taste is of course delicious and amazing!

Here's our off-course premier sake (extra charge)!
First up is Shinsei 170th anniversary sake Rikuu 132!
After this, we also had a bottle of Kaihatsu-Shinko, but I personally prefer this one!

The last course was the invisible pink unicorn 2014!
Isn't 10,000 yen for this course with food an unbelievable deal?
This Miepin 2014 was so delicious.
The sweetness, the fact that it was aged and yet had no smell, the sticky sweetness was just right, and the aroma lingered on the tongue, it was sublime.
The owner must be very good at aging...

It's amazing that this comes out so easily with the expensive course,...
I wanted to drink it, but it was too expensive, so I gave up... Nanadaru!
This is delicious!
It's not like sake any more.

I've been wanting to try this one!
This one doesn't have much Sengkou-like taste, but is sweet and easy to drink!
People who like Sentori may not buy it...?
My mother's favorite Dragon's Bastard.
Great top shelf raw, I'm so glad I got to buy it.
The sweetness, the lingering aftertaste, the moderate alcohol content, everything is just too perfect.
Everything is too perfect!

This is the one you've been waiting for!
Almost none of the acidity of the usual Koei Kiku!
It tasted like a noble sake, but it's aged in a wooden vat!
Amazing!
