Event I heard it's only available at the brewery, but it's so good! It's easy to drink with low alcohol content and goes down smoothly. I wish they would sell it as a regular item.

It's the end of the year. It's the first time I was able to buy a 14yo. At first I thought It's a bit heavy on acidity. But my hand kept reaching for it. But my hand kept reaching for it, and before I knew it, there was nothing left in the glass. Too delicious!

Takachiyo Sake Brewery, Koryu, Soma It's insanely delicious. It's orikara, with a sweetness, but also an alcoholiness that you don't mind. It's addictive, I think it's a little bit like Shinta Kachiyo's creation!

Low-Al Meeting! This is another precious Sansho Yamadanishiki, wood vat brewed. Heavier than Hozu! Too bad I was too drunk to remember the details.
