Purchased at a store in Akihabara.
I was attracted by the name "sake that goes with meat".
Warmed up to 40-45 degrees Celsius to drink it. If you drink it at a lower temperature, you'll get into the habit of drinking it. It's the best sake to go with meat so far. 90% polished rice and the flavor is amazing, but it's not too bad and easy to drink.
I tried it warmed up.
Taste: The sweetness, sourness, and umami of the rice were clearly evident, and there was almost no alcoholiness when it was warmed up. It has a clear sweetness, acidity, and umami, with almost no alcoholiness that comes out when it is warmed up.
Color: pale light brown
Crispness: good
Bouquet: aroma of freshly cooked rice
Scent: aroma of freshly cooked rice, mellow and gentle pear aroma
Returning Scent: Mild and gentle scent of apples
On combining with meat
The warmth and rice flavor, the aroma, and the gradual sourness that is added to the flavor of the meat enhance the flavor of the meat. Despite its warmth, there is almost no aftertaste, and when I tried it with roast beef, it was so crisp that I wanted to drink it again and again. I think this is a unique feature of this sake.
According to the label on the back, it goes well with beef tagliata, balsamic vinegar and parmesan cheese, grilled pork with miso paste, BBQ sauce and any BBQ sauce.
