Nine_aki
Purchased at a liquor store in the station building.
This product was released by the brewery on 1/18/2020 in a limited edition of 3,000 bottles (if you buy it, it came with one Tyrolean chocolate coffee nougat 💡).
It should be noted that this product is a great marriage of chocolate and other sweets.
It's an interesting sake that even people who don't like sake can enjoy like white wine.
Taste: reminiscent of white wine, with a pleasant, mild acidity and a hint of sweetness on the palate.
Color: light brown
Aftermath: It feels like it's coming on slowly.
Bouquet: fairly mild, with hints of grapes
Aroma: Sweet and sour grapes
Returning scent: sweet grape aroma
Dishes to pair with: sweets with a hint of bitterness (coffee nougat, chocolatey cakes, etc.), and sweets with a hint of sour berries.
Combining with coffee nougat
It's reminiscent of a berry-infused chocolate cake, and it goes very well together. The sourness of the liquor crisps up the bitterness while complementing the sweetness, and I think it's a combination I'd love to have again! The sensation is similar to that of white wine. If you crack it open with water or ice, it might be easier for people who don't like sake to drink it.
