Yondone Akiokoshi Junmai Genshu. Nakamura Shuzo in Ishikawa Prefecture distributes this sake separately (to a store called Hofune) as a brand product. I thought the panda label was cute, and I was curious to buy it. Taste: mildly acidic, mildly sweet rice, slightly aromatic Color: light brown Crispness: good Bouquet: Fairly mildly sour Aroma: Fairly mild with a hint of rice Returning Scent: Good rice aroma It has a Junmai pure sake character and goes well with flavorful dishes. It goes well with grilled potatoes with a salty flavor. I'm glad I bought it, not only for the label, but also for the taste and aroma. According to the label on the back, it goes well with Jibu-ni, a Kanazawa dish.
