I bought it at Sato Sake Shop in Tsuchiura Station.
I chose a dry one.
Drinking temperature: room temperature (about a cool, dark place in summer)
Taste: tight and lingering acidity, rice flavor
Rising incense: Gentle rice
Aromas: Gentle White Rice
Returning scent: sweet like a gentle azalea
Mouth: crisp.
Dishes to pair with: well-seasoned or salty dishes
When paired with the shrimp and potato ahijos, it was dry and well matched with the flavor, yet firmly sharp. It made me want to eat and drink it again. This is the kind of sake you want to eat and drink again.
