Home Drinking Record Slightly carbonated. At first sip, I got the impression that it was dry. It tastes like classic sake. As you drink it, you can enjoy its sweetness and aroma. I think it is better to drink it with food than just by itself. I am looking forward to seeing how it tastes on the second day.

Home drinking record. There is a sense of gas. It has a fresh fruit flavor like pear or melon. The aroma is sweet. Good acidity. Well balanced. Sake beginners and women seem to like it. I usually drink only about one cup of sake, but I was able to drink this one more easily than usual.

Home-drinking record I happened to see a claim of minus 15 degrees sake at the supermarket and bought it. The first sip was so sweet! I felt it was sweet at the first sip. No peculiarity, no acidity, no gassiness. I think even those who don't like sake can enjoy it.
