I think this is the third time I have purchased this product. It is a limited edition, but I was able to purchase it at a low price for my efforts. I've been away from sake lately and have been attracted to hard liquors. Sake is over 13 degrees Celsius, so I don't feel like drinking it. For this reason, I used to drink it with soda and rocks. When I put it in my mouth without mixing it, I could feel the acidity and richness at first. As the temperature rises, the sourness lessens and the richness comes out. There is also a slight bitterness on the tongue.

Replacing the Morohaku I bought in January with a four-pack and opening it on the first day of Yayoi!!!! When I poured the top clear liquid into a glass to drink first, it did not come out. To my surprise, the morohaku hardened and did not emit any ooze (second picture). After that, I shook the shigoto bottle and drank some nigori (nigori sake). It still has the same bubbly (carbonated) taste. It is as easy to drink as ever. Last year, the quality was degraded due to overstorage, but this time, the quality was maintained!

Sake purchased at a roadside station in Hitachiota on the way back from a little outing for lunch on Tsuma's birthday. When I opened the bottle at room temperature, I felt a little bit of a strong tang. I chilled it in the fridge for a day and found it easier to drink with its unique sweetness and moderate alcohol content. By the way, I bought it for the naming and the jackets. Actually, I have already purchased another bottle, so I'll get to that later.

Purchased at the Nohmi Sake Shop, 2,690 yen per bottle. I thought it tasted a little strong right after opening the bottle, but after replacing the bottle with a 4-gou bottle, I started sipping it slowly, and the strength of the alcohol (15%) became less noticeable. The sake I drank after the pool!

Sake that I bought as my souvenir when I visited Minamisanriku Town. It has a dry dry taste with (in my opinion) a good amount of miscellaneous flavors typical of junmai sake. You don't feel it as you keep drinking. I participated in a storytelling session about the tsunami damage in Minamisanriku Town. I couldn't believe that a 22-meter tsunami had hit a four-story building along the coast. Even though I actually visited the place, I could not help but feel it when I saw the now calm sea. Hearing about that time always brings tears to my eyes. Perhaps it is because I am from Tohoku. To what extent does "reconstruction" mean?

Purchased at the Nohmi Sake Shop for 2,350 yen. I told the owner that the price had gone up from last year, but he said it was because the price of rice had gone up. The price increase affects us here too (tears). As usual, the sake is light, easy to drink, and fruity. I immediately split it into two four-pack bottles and kept one in the fridge for regular use and the other outside in the storage room to be opened in March. The last time I had it, I let it sit too long and it lost its flavor. I have been away from sake lately, but when I saw this at the supermarket, I had to buy it. I was about to buy it, but then, oh no, it was gone! I cannot helpgetting MOROHAKU! So I drove to my familiar shop, Nomi Sake Shop!

It's been a while since I've had sake. I have been away from sake for a few months because I have recently started to enjoy whiskey. This time, I bought a bottle of nigori sake from Fuji Taikan to make Matsumae pickles. I will only use a little bit of it, so after that it will be for drinking (lol). The nigori sake is silky, sweet and easy to drink without any of the spiciness characteristic of sake. The alcohol content is 15%, so be careful not to drink too much!

Purchased at the Nohmi Sake Shop, 1,920 yen. Four-part bottle. As the name "Goryoku" suggests, it tastes almost dry. Like Goryoku (strong), it tastes a bit dry to me! The alcohol content is 15-16 degrees, which I don't think is that strong.

Purchased at the Nohmi Sake Shop. I thought that 1980 yen for a four-pack was a good price, but the owner said, "We have repeat customers for this sake. After I paid, the owner said something strange. He said it was "other brewed sake. According to this website, it is a craft sake. The ingredients list includes not only rice but also germinated brown rice, and to my surprise, there is no information on the ratio of polished rice. I was wondering why the front label says, "We dare not polish the rice"! Immediately after opening the bottle, I could feel the kemuri (a kind of a puff of smoke) coming from the bottle. This strange sake has a great balance of acidity. It is refreshing and delicious! It is quite a taste! I can recommend it!

A gift of sake. Makabe is a town in Sakuragawa City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Ibaraki Prefecture is a sake made from rice and koji from Chikusei City. It has a rich flavor, perhaps due to its high alcohol content of 16%.

I purchased the light nigori of 2024, the light nigori of Fukushin, which is shipped every spring, at this time of year when the rainy season is about to begin. It has a full and deep flavor. It has a slightly fruity expression, but the "arashibari" effect and the alcohol content of 16% must be responsible for the rich and powerful flavor!

Purchased at my parents' York-Benimaru, 300 ml. I was attracted by the limited edition and bought it. The next day, I stayed at my parents' house in advance because I had a farewell ceremony for a relative. Fruity sake that doesn't feel dry. It was easy to drink and I drank it in one day!

Fukushima Prefecture's second sake. Jinya Fukunoka Junmai Dry Sake from Shirakawa City, where I used to live. Perhaps because it contains carbon dioxide gas, you can hear the gas escaping every time you open the bottle. It is full-bodied, heavy and dry. It is literally dry! I was happy to finally get a sake from Aruga Shuzo!

One of two bottles I purchased when I visited Fukushima City. I think it was about 1,500 yen for a four-pack. I chose this sake because it is a brewed sake originating from Fukushima City. The taste is rich and dry. The dry taste becomes a bit bitter as you drink it (I am not a fan of dry sake). It was delicious.

During the Passion Passion and Lent, I abstained from drinking alcohol alone in the custom of abstaining from what I liked. Today, March 31, Easter, we have lifted the ban on drinking alcohol alone! This sake was given to me as a gift. It is now 2024, but it is 22 years old. I was worried about its deterioration, but I could drink it without any problems. It is nigori sake, but the taste is dry and there is no fizziness.

At Yamaneya Ryokan in Tsuchiyu Onsen. First sake in about a month. One and a half cups of 300ml. The taste is dry. It is easier to drink when it is cooled down, because you can taste the rough taste when the temperature rises. Since I couldn't finish it at the meal, I had it as a sparkling sake by mixing it with Sprite in the room.
