It's been a while since I've had sake.
I have been away from sake for a few months because I have recently started to enjoy whiskey.
This time, I bought a bottle of nigori sake from Fuji Taikan to make Matsumae pickles. I will only use a little bit of it, so after that it will be for drinking (lol).
The nigori sake is silky, sweet and easy to drink without any of the spiciness characteristic of sake. The alcohol content is 15%, so be careful not to drink too much!
