けむとうさん
Purchased at the Nohmi Sake Shop.
I thought that 1980 yen for a four-pack was a good price, but the owner said, "We have repeat customers for this sake.
After I paid, the owner said something strange. He said it was "other brewed sake.
According to this website, it is a craft sake. The ingredients list includes not only rice but also germinated brown rice, and to my surprise, there is no information on the ratio of polished rice.
I was wondering why the front label says, "We dare not polish the rice"!
Immediately after opening the bottle, I could feel the kemuri (a kind of a puff of smoke) coming from the bottle.
This strange sake has a great balance of acidity. It is refreshing and delicious! It is quite a taste!
I can recommend it!
