I heard that it is recommended to drink it with a splash of water, but I would recommend drinking it on the rocks.
The presence of honey seems to be strong, but the lemon stands out, so it is not too sweet and refreshing.
If you ask me if it is sour, the presence of honey comes first, so it softens my perception of sourness.
It is well-balanced and easy to drink.
