First post! I met my favorite sake ever. Yamadanishiki from the south, which the proprietress offered me to drink because it was rare. Aged 2014~. I heard it is rare. I want to drink it every day. Rice used: 100% Hyogo Yamadanishiki Yeast used: Kochi Prefecture yeast Alcohol content: 17 to 18 degrees Celsius Sake degree +6.0
