The nose is definitely licey, but the taste is a bit light and dry, with not much sweetness. To be honest, it leaves an impression.
Also, this might be the longest name I've seen on the web.
Shankiku Meijo Series No.1
Because it is a nama-shu, it is a little fizzy.
It has a fruity aroma (probably near passion fruit) and a rich taste.
In spite of this, the finish is soft and short, making it an unstoppable work of art!
The pride of my people in Toyama Prefecture
The rice polishing ratio is not so low, but it has enough melon-like aroma. It also has a nice throat hit and a deep flavor.
As expected of the unshakable ace of Fukushima Prefecture, it has a fruity (pale and fresh melon like) upfront aroma.
When it enters the mouth, sweetness and just the right acidity come out, and it brings a clean finish with a little bitterness peculiar to rice.
Kudokushi series No.2
Your son's confident work. Polished up to 30% with improved Shinko.
It has the same density as the usual Kudokidoki-Go, but with the characteristic aroma of ripe pineapple.
The sweetness is quite dense, but the sharpness of the dry taste is left in the mouth.
The Good Deeds Series Part 1
This time I'll introduce my father's work.
It's different from JR's. It's the same mellow kudoki-gatame, but more traditional in taste.
The aroma is more gentle and flowery, and you can feel the sweetness of rice and rice cake in your mouth.
