As Aizan is a sake, it has a strong sweetness!
But it also has a clean taste with a sharpness that is typical of Japanese sake.
The sharpness of the sake is more pronounced and tastes better a little longer after the bottle has been opened!
It was a perfect match with Datemaki and Kuromame (black soybeans) eaten during New Year's.
