It has been a while since I drank it. The aroma is moderate and there is a soft sweetness of rice, which is different from Niigata dry sake in a good way. It is delicious.

I had the luxury of comparing it to another Eikoh Fuji, but this one had a thicker, sweeter taste. I can't say anymore because they are both so good.
