It was about two months ago that I received a call from Rickaman asking me to come back this year, probably because of my purchase last year. I was happy for that, but I was looking forward to this day. Slightly sweet taste. Fresh sourness. Rich, dense flavor. Some pineapple sensation. It was very delicious. Thanks to the brewery and Rickaman.

Slightly sweet taste. Mild but profound umami. Very delicious. It has been a long time since we had a drinking party. My friends quickly ordered draft beer without me saying anything. It's been a long time since I've seen them, so I'm deeply moved. In the middle of a slightly serious conversation, I sipped on the second beer I ordered and couldn't help but smile at the euphoric feeling that spread through my body. Everyone laughed at me. It was fun.

Rich flavor, with just a hint of sweetness. All Shiboritate Nama Genshu are delicious, but this one is also wonderful. Recommended by Sakenowa. There is no doubt about it. It was my favorite flavor.

I distinctly remember drinking it only once before. A strong sense of uniqueness. A fascinating red, even though it is sake. Strong acidity and fruity sweetness. I'm glad to see it again. I was also impressed to see all the sake from all the breweries in Kyoto Prefecture in the sake corner on the first basement floor of Kyoto Isetan, but I was really happy to be able to buy Ine Mitsukai, which I've always wanted.

I feel nostalgic for the sake's typical flavor, which is not fruity or anything. The more I drank, the more addicted I became to this taste. It's delicious. Gold medal in the Daiginjo category at the London Sake Challenge 2016 Won a gold medal in the Premium Kanzake category at the National Kanzake Contest 2020.

This Junmai Ginjo is made from 100% Tango Koshihikari, the best rice in Tango. The fruity aroma, gentle sweetness typical of rice, and moderate acidity are very delicious. It is said to be the only sake brewery that does not use rice suitable for sake brewing, but only uses rice that makes delicious rice to brew sake. It was founded in the Edo period. It's nice to see such commitment and challenge without being bound by history.

I heard that a signboard of Kinsi Masamune was shown in the background of an old yakuza movie. Is there a Kinshimasamune signboard in Hiroshima too, or was it filmed in Kyoto? As a Kyotoite, I am happy either way. "It seems that Kinshimasamune won the gold medal in the Junmai Ginjo category at the 14th Feminaries World Wine Competition 2020. It has a slightly sweet and gentle aroma, and although the flavor isn't strong, it made our evening meal much tastier.

This sake brewery is located in the place where Juraku-dan (palace) used to be. It is said that Toyotomi Hideyoshi, who liked the good quality of the water, built the "Juraku-dai" here. It has a faint taste of oak. You can feel the sweetness and flavor of the rice, but it is mild. It is very delicious. Thanks for the recommendation from Sakenowa.

This sake is made from "Shukumei" rice from Kyoto, which is said to be a fantastic rice, and bottled without filtration. It is fruity and has a rich taste of rice. But it is also elegant. Very delicious. It may be out of season, but I bought it because I like its nice name.

As I ate the open hokke that my mother grilled for me at home, I thought I'd like to have another hokke with all my friends at the izakaya. It's about 1000 yen for a #4 bottle. And a recommendation from Sake-no-Wa. I liked it very much.

The "Four Toji Shiki Sake" series of seasonal sake. This "Honjozo Raw Storage Sake Hiyashi Zake" has a refreshing, clean and crisp taste. I felt like I could see the clear blue sky of midsummer, just like today's sky. I've already tried the winter, spring and summer sakes in this series, so I'm sure I'll be back for the autumn sakes.

It is said that Junmai-shu brewed with Yamadanishiki is bottled as it is without heating or adding water. It is thick and rich. Strong acidity. Good sweetness. Very delicious. Rather than serving it with food, I'd rather just savor this flavor to my heart's content. Summer vacation has just begun. I feel good. Let's remember that the Aeon Takanohara store, which is located on the border of Nara and Kyoto prefectures, had a corner for Kyoto's local sake.

Sawaya Matsumoto is a limited edition brand from a long-established brewery in Fushimi, Kyoto. It is said to be No.1 ranking in Kyoto. I always had a hard time with Ricaman, but I finally bought it. Perhaps because of its slight sweetness and refreshing taste, I was able to drink more easily than ever before and became pleasantly drunk. I would like to try more of this series.

I've seen it many times at Sake No Wa and thought it was a cute penguin, so I was thrilled to find it at Rickaman. The first thing to do is to drink it straight and enjoy the rich flavor and aroma. Very good. If you drink it on the rocks, the flavor becomes refreshing, and summer immediately comes. This is also good. They say that something that makes a place relaxed is called "Ice Breaker" in English. I was softened.

This sake brewery was established 350 years ago. The name of the sake is said to have originated from a Chinese book called "Fu kono o", which means not wealth but spiritual wealth. It is said that this phrase means not wealth but spiritual wealth, and that people with a rich heart will be happy in their later years. The taste is light, and it gently accompanies the meal, while the fruity aroma and gentle sweetness that can be felt from time to time are pleasant. It is a very satisfying feeling.

It is said that when sake is squeezed, the sake that comes out of the sake bag at the beginning of the process as if it were running wildly and vigorously is called "Ararashiri. I was so surprised by the rich taste that I looked it up now. It was a good learning experience. It has a perfect aroma and taste, and is very delicious. 1,380 yen for a 4-pack bottle.

Bodhi-motomote-zukuri" is a sake brewing method created at a temple called Shoreki-ji in Nara Prefecture. It is said to be the origin of today's sake brewing and has been restored for the first time in about 500 years. If you imagine a simple taste, you are wrong. The taste is refined and superb, from the moment you smell it to the moment you put it in your mouth and the aftertaste disappears. I liked it very much.
