2025年3月に伏見酒フェスに参加。チケットを事前購入。集まった18蔵のお酒から好きなものを4杯いただける。 さらに、当日は周辺の酒蔵でも蔵開きを一斉開催。地図を見ながらフラフラと、楽しくて飲みすぎて酔っ払い過ぎて、余韻がすごくて、しばらくの間お酒が飲めなかった。でもこのイベント毎月やってほしいです。

Fruity and refreshing taste. A limited edition for spring. I went to the Museum of Kyoto to see the Ukiyo-e exhibition. We went here not only to see the art, but also to visit the Tanzan Sake Brewery's antenna store. The staff at the store is friendly and pleasant. I bought a bottle of this sake because of the cute pattern on the bottle and the preciousness of the seasonal product. It was very, very tasty.

The flavor of the rice is rich and slightly sweet. It also has a fruity flavor. My favorite flavor. The name "Gokigami" is said to be the name of an ogre that has been handed down from generation to generation. The other day, the Kitamura Sake Brewery visited the Nara Family. I thought I had declined the tasting because my house was too far away from the brewery, but I ended up getting six kinds of their limited-edition products. Is this what you call a "screwed-up sake drinker"? I only bought one, but I should have asked for all of them.

It is wrapped in a cool bamboo skin. It is a very, very tasty sake that seems to concentrate the flavor of the rice. A childhood friend's father sent me a bottle of sake that he loved during his lifetime. When I lived in Sano, we were family friends. My father, who normally did not drink sake, drank it with me and we talked about our memories, and he soon fell asleep. After graduating from high school, I moved out of Sano City in Tochigi Prefecture, so I had no idea that there was such a good sake brewery.

Sweet. Rustic, heart-healthy sweetness. Similar to amazake. This may be one of those products that fulfill your dream of wishing amazake had alcohol in it. Snow dusting at the end of winter, with hardly any snow to be seen this year. It is delicious.

I miss the days of drinking in a good mood, calling out puns like, "No matter how many times you drink it, Hakkai-san. I miss the days when I used to call out puns like, "No matter how many times you drink it, it's still Hakkai-san," and have a good time drinking. Even when I savored it at home, it was still light and very, very tasty. I've heard that it can be served cold or hot, but I liked it so much that I didn't try it hot.

On the label, there is a quote from a sake farmer: "This is the Yamada Nishiki we are proud of. This is our pride and joy, Yamada Nishiki, which we were sure of from the moment we saw the golden ears of rice with their heads hanging down. It has a nice aroma and a mellow rice flavor. It won the highest gold medal in the national heated sake contest, so I heated it up. (I just chilled it.) It's been a long time since I've had a sake that tasted like sake. When it cooled down, it had a mild flavor and a nice sweetness that was also very good. It's called "Sake-tama," or soul sake, and it cost a whopping 1,000 yen for a four-pack.

Sweet aroma, but not too sweet, fruity and rich in rice flavor. The color is slightly yellow. It seems to be a limited edition sake for fall, so it may be out of season, but the taste is perfect. It's great. Jōyō, known as the "hometown of five villages and five ri," is located five ri from Kyoto and five ri from Nara. It is a land rich in nature, blessed with a mild climate and subterranean water from the Kizu River. This sake is brewed in Joyo City.

It was slightly tangy on the tongue. It was refreshing, yet rich and very tasty. When I went to Kyoto Station at the end of the year, there was a corner for Joyo Shuzo. I chose this one, which I had never seen before. I was told that it was a precious seasonal sake. It was as good as the store owner said it would be.

This sake is made from Sasanishiki, a rice that is delicious to eat. It has a strong yellowish color and is a little cloudy. It had a nice sour taste at first, but I was surprised to see the lid flying off in the fridge. It has a nice sweetness from the rice, a nice aroma that is typical of sake, and a rich flavor that is typical of rice. It's good as a sake for a meal, but I loved it so much that I wanted to just lick it forever without eating anything.

I was happy for that, but I was looking forward to this day. Slightly sweet taste. Fresh sourness. Rich, dense flavor. Some pineapple sensation. It was very delicious. Slightly sweet taste. Mild but profound umami. Very delicious. It has been a long time since we had a drinking party. My friends quickly ordered draft beer without me saying anything. It's been a long time since I've seen them, so I'm deeply moved. In the middle of a slightly serious conversation, I sipped on the second beer I ordered and couldn't help but smile at the euphoric feeling that spread through my body. Everyone laughed at me. I distinctly remember drinking it only once before. A strong sense of uniqueness. A fascinating red, even though it is sake. Strong acidity and fruity sweetness. I'm glad to see it again. I was also impressed to see all the sake from all the breweries in Kyoto Prefecture in the sake corner on the first basement floor of Kyoto Isetan, but I was really happy to be able to buy Ine Mitsukai, which I've always wanted.

I feel nostalgic for the sake's typical flavor, which is not fruity or anything. The more I drank, the more addicted I became to this taste. It's delicious. Gold medal in the Daiginjo category at the London Sake Challenge 2016 Won a gold medal in the Premium Kanzake category at the National Kanzake Contest 2020.

This Junmai Ginjo is made from 100% Tango Koshihikari, the best rice in Tango. The fruity aroma, gentle sweetness typical of rice, and moderate acidity are very delicious. It is said to be the only sake brewery that does not use rice suitable for sake brewing, but only uses rice that makes delicious rice to brew sake. It was founded in the Edo period. It's nice to see such commitment and challenge without being bound by history.

I heard that a signboard of Kinsi Masamune was shown in the background of an old yakuza movie. Is there a Kinshimasamune signboard in Hiroshima too, or was it filmed in Kyoto? As a Kyotoite, I am happy either way. "It seems that Kinshimasamune won the gold medal in the Junmai Ginjo category at the 14th Feminaries World Wine Competition 2020. It has a slightly sweet and gentle aroma, and although the flavor isn't strong, it made our evening meal much tastier.

This sake brewery is located in the place where Juraku-dan (palace) used to be. It is said that Toyotomi Hideyoshi, who liked the good quality of the water, built the "Juraku-dai" here. It has a faint taste of oak. You can feel the sweetness and flavor of the rice, but it is mild. It is very delicious. Thanks for the recommendation from Sakenowa.
