2025年3月に伏見酒フェスに参加。チケットを事前購入。集まった18蔵のお酒から好きなものを4杯いただける。 さらに、当日は周辺の酒蔵でも蔵開きを一斉開催。地図を見ながらフラフラと、楽しくて飲みすぎて酔っ払い過ぎて、余韻がすごくて、しばらくの間お酒が飲めなかった。でもこのイベント毎月やってほしいです。

Received a call from Lickaman and made a pre-order purchase. I had been looking forward to it for the past two months. The sweetness and umami from the rice. It is really good. It was another good year. It has been a long time since I had a bottle of sake. It is difficult to pour it into a sake cup.

Good acidity, good sweetness, and especially strong umami. I wonder if this rich umami is a characteristic of Tamagawa. I don't know if there is any difference between this wine and the Gohyakumangoku I had a while ago, but I loved them both very much.

When you open the lid, you will hear a pshhhhhh sound. There is a little bit of a cloudiness. Slight sourness and sweetness. Rich rice flavor. This may be the best sake I have ever had. It's a good thing I go to Ricaman often.

Tamanohikari is good. It tastes good and I am glad that Ricaman has a variety of them. The taste here is very good, with a clear yet strong aroma and umami. I would like to visit Tamanomitsu Sake Brewery's restaurant someday.

Drink enough and taste more. A stylish name. I myself have encountered many kinds of sake, and the more I drink, the more I realize how good sake is. It was a delicious sake, without any flashiness or peculiarities, just like Japanese sake. Purchased at a souvenir shop in Kyoto Station.

Lately I have been drinking only delicious craft beers from the wide variety of Kizakura, but when I think of Kizakura, I think of sake. It has been a while since I had a glass of Kizakura sake. It has a strong, rich flavor. I loved the taste very much.

Matsumoto Shuzo, founded in 1791, celebrated the 100th anniversary of its relocation to Fushimi this year with the release of its first sake brand "NEW KYOTO.JP. It is said to be released only in Kyoto. When I opened the lid, there was a momentary swish of bubbles, but the carbonation was not strong. The taste is refreshingly fruity and very tasty. Purchased at Liquaman. The name of the product was apparently inspired by the "green" of the trees in Kyoto's temples and shrines and the mountains seen from the Kamo River, and was named "Shiro-green," which is an ancient traditional Japanese color.

Shirasugi Sake Brewery" makes sake from rice that we usually eat. Sake "Ginshari" is made from Sasanishiki rice. Kinshari" is a gorgeous version of "Ginshari. It has a strong acidity and sweetness, and is unique but not fussy. It is very delicious.

Elegant sweetness and umami. Junmai Daiginjo. Tamanomitsu Sake Brewery has been brewing sake for 340 years. They say that they have been brewing sake seriously, diligently, and with the desire to make better sake than last year's. The majestic gold label gives the sake a sense of history, yet the taste is refreshing and mild. It goes well with any mood and any dish. A very delicious sake.

I bought this sake at a pottery shop when I visited the Shigaraki Pottery Festival in GW. The Koga Nonbee Club, which makes this sake, is a non-profit organization established under the slogan of "good for all sides: good for the nonbee, good for the sake brewer, good for the farmer, and good for the community. I was very satisfied and liked it very much.

Very tasty. Fruity, elegant, nice sweetness. My favorite flavor. I cried when I read in Ricaman's Gourmet Magazine the story of how this sake was made and how they felt about it. A big thank you to the farmers, Sasaki Brewery and Ricaman. And I was reminded once again how much I love sake.

Fruity and refreshing taste. A limited edition for spring. I went to the Museum of Kyoto to see the Ukiyo-e exhibition. We went here not only to see the art, but also to visit the Tanzan Sake Brewery's antenna store. The staff at the store is friendly and pleasant. I bought a bottle of this sake because of the cute pattern on the bottle and the preciousness of the seasonal product. It was very, very tasty.

The flavor of the rice is rich and slightly sweet. It also has a fruity flavor. My favorite flavor. The name "Gokigami" is said to be the name of an ogre that has been handed down from generation to generation. The other day, the Kitamura Sake Brewery visited the Nara Family. I thought I had declined the tasting because my house was too far away from the brewery, but I ended up getting six kinds of their limited-edition products. Is this what you call a "screwed-up sake drinker"? I only bought one, but I should have asked for all of them.

It is wrapped in a cool bamboo skin. It is a very, very tasty sake that seems to concentrate the flavor of the rice. A childhood friend's father sent me a bottle of sake that he loved during his lifetime. When I lived in Sano, we were family friends. My father, who normally did not drink sake, drank it with me and we talked about our memories, and he soon fell asleep. After graduating from high school, I moved out of Sano City in Tochigi Prefecture, so I had no idea that there was such a good sake brewery.

Sweet. Rustic, heart-healthy sweetness. Similar to amazake. This may be one of those products that fulfill your dream of wishing amazake had alcohol in it. Snow dusting at the end of winter, with hardly any snow to be seen this year. It is delicious.

I miss the days of drinking in a good mood, calling out puns like, "No matter how many times you drink it, Hakkai-san. I miss the days when I used to call out puns like, "No matter how many times you drink it, it's still Hakkai-san," and have a good time drinking. Even when I savored it at home, it was still light and very, very tasty. I've heard that it can be served cold or hot, but I liked it so much that I didn't try it hot.
