Very tasty. Fruity, elegant, nice sweetness. My favorite flavor.
I cried when I read in Ricaman's Gourmet Magazine the story of how this sake was made and how they felt about it. A big thank you to the farmers, Sasaki Brewery and Ricaman. And I was reminded once again how much I love sake.
