It is a very, very tasty sake that seems to concentrate the flavor of the rice.
A childhood friend's father sent me a bottle of sake that he loved during his lifetime. When I lived in Sano, we were family friends. My father, who normally did not drink sake, drank it with me and we talked about our memories, and he soon fell asleep.
After graduating from high school, I moved out of Sano City in Tochigi Prefecture, so I had no idea that there was such a good sake brewery.
