I bought this sake at a pottery shop when I visited the Shigaraki Pottery Festival in GW.
The Koga Nonbee Club, which makes this sake, is a non-profit organization established under the slogan of "good for all sides: good for the nonbee, good for the sake brewer, good for the farmer, and good for the community.
I was very satisfied and liked it very much.
