Purchased at Mashidaya in Tochigi. It's been four years since I moved to Gunma, but I've never had it. It takes less than an hour to get to a sake brewery by car. When I drank it, I thought to myself, "What have I been doing for four years? It's modern, with a nice balance of sweetness and umami, and it's fresh but not tiring to drink. And it's cheap. I'll buy it again. The target was nabe. It is famous for its Chinese cabbage, leeks, and shiitake mushrooms, and the meat is delicious. I think of Gunma as the land of nabe, with such good sake.

Purchased at Mashidaya in Tochigi. The bottle was not going to fit in the refrigerator anymore. But I couldn't resist buying it. Because it's Senkou Snowman. They were sold out of Yogo bottles, and there was a limit of one bottle per group. It is one of the best sake with elegance, softness, and sharpness. I think it's one of the reaches of Japanese sake. It's delicious. For snacks, we had asazuke with dried bonito flakes and soy sauce, and boiled tofu. After much deliberation, I decided to add cod and shiitake mushrooms to the boiled tofu because "tofu alone is not enough. After much deliberation, I decided to add cod and shiitake mushrooms to the tofu. It's okay, because it's delicious. The only drawback of this sake is that it cannot be stored horizontally. The only downside of this sake is that it can't be stored horizontally, so it creates a huge puzzle in the fridge. I have no regrets, but where should I put the ingredients tomorrow?

I bought it at AEON OHTA. Why was there only one bottle? Why? The sourness is a little strong, but Eiko Fuji is as good as ever. The New Year's Eve sake is you.

Purchased at Kagoya in Komae. It is dangerous sake which does not get tired of drinking with moderate sweetness and clean acidity. You can drink it all the time. It was delicious when I drank it last year. I think it is even better this year. Let's have it with oden!

Purchased at Gunma Iwase Sake Store. You can feel the fresh taste in your mouth, and the next moment You will be surprised by the strong flavor. It seems to go well with strong flavored food. It is not bad with oysters.

Purchased at Gunma Iwase Sake Store. As soon as you put it in your mouth, you will be surprised at the strong melon-like aroma. The miscellaneous taste is a little strong. The store is located very close to the sake brewery, so they had a lot of 300ml bottles, No.4 bottles and 1 square bottle in stock. I wondered how it came to be placed in the store. I feel that drinking sake while thinking about the history of the brewery has a different taste.

Purchased at Ashikaga Daikokuya Sake Shop. The name "Hyper Nova" is not justified. The strong flavor and sweetness is followed by acidity and goes away. You can never have too much of it. It's the kind of sake that makes you wish you'd bought another bottle.

This was also purchased at Ashikaga Daikokuya, I believe. The label design is wonderful. I can feel the flavor of the rice that does not lose to the strong freshness. It's good. And the nabe continues. Today it's mushroom, komatsuna and chopped chicken. The reason why it's chopped chicken is because I couldn't finish the frozen one I bought.

I bought it at Daikokuya sake shop in Ashikaga. There were about five kinds of Eikoh Fuji alone, and it was one of the bottles that I was troubled about which one to choose. I usually buy it in a No.4 bottle, but I buy Eikoh Fuji in a bottle. Because it will be gone in no time. I think the balance of Eikoh Fuji is exquisite no matter which one I drink. The freshness of the new sake is the best. I feel happy when I drink it with cold sake in a heated room.

Purchased at Ashikaga Daikokuya Sake Shop. It has a strong aroma, a smooth taste, and a delicious taste of rice. New sake is good. I heard that Eikoh Fuji was in stock, so I went to buy it and found it. My decision to only buy one bottle of Eiko Fuji was easily broken. We bought two bottles of Eikoh Fuji and two bottles of sake from the Abundance Thanksgiving Festival. The fridge is about to be in trouble.

Purchased at Gunma Liquor Park Caesar. It's called "Be careful, it's going to blow up". I've only had two cases in the past where it was really bad. This one was very carbonated. If I had shaken it even a little, I would have been in trouble. The impression at first sip was that of champagne. Once you get used to the carbonation, the taste of the rice is strong and delicious. I'd like to pair this with something meat-based. I bought some good chicken today, so we had nabe and yose-tofu. It's getting colder and colder, so nabe and sake are good.

I bought it at Iwase sake shop in Gunma. It's supposed to be a limited edition, but they usually have it on line. It is not insulting. There was a warning label on the bottle, but it didn't foam up. It's sweet, delicious, and easy to drink. It's a good sake. It's about time to start seeing all kinds of sake in the shops. It's a good season for delicious food.

What is this? What is this? That was my first impression. Even though it's sake, the closest impression I have is that of lemonade. Maybe because I let it sit for a while after purchasing it, it doesn't have much of a fizzy feeling. It would be interesting to drink it with soda water or something.

Flint made. Purchased at Gunma Liquor Park Caesar. I keep this kind of bag even though I'll never use it. I also have a weakness for things with a backstory. I can drink alcohol just by reading about it. The acidity is full and crisp. It seems softer than the other works. It's definitely good. I decided to change jobs, and had about four interviews today alone, so I had a drink to show my appreciation. Nowadays, they all have zoom interviews, so there's no travel time, and it's easy. Let's keep up the good work.

I bought it at Komae Kagoya. I like the noble sake, but I encountered the noble bubble sake for the first time. Moreover, the alcohol content is 7 degrees. It is too mysterious. At first sip, I said, "Oh, I can drink this as much as I like. The sweetness I expected was not so strong, and only the gorgeous flavor went down my throat, making it easy to drink. I could drink this every day. But is this sake... sake? No, it's fine as long as it tastes good.

This was also purchased at Amagasa, which specializes in limited distribution sake. I think it's a sake with a winning name. You can't help but notice the label. It has the same soft and thick taste as its name, and the acidity makes it go down your throat with ease. You can drink it as much as you want.

At Gunma Liquor Park Caesar. Mellow impression without any spine. Soft enough to drink every day. Above all, this liquor store also serves food and drink on weekends, and the food is delicious and plentiful. It has the flexibility to match with any kind of sake. If you're in the area, you can get 25% points with Gunma Ora-machi's own Hakoa Pay. The sake selection is also very good with a focus on local sake and wine. The sake selection is not trendy, but there is always a good selection. It's stable. I've been coming here for 3 years and I've never seen a time when I haven't.

I bought it at Iwase sake shop in Gunma. It is a liquor store specializing in local sake in Gunma. It's a small liquor store that specializes in Gunma's local sake, and the variety is small, but the encounter rate with good sake is unusually high. You can't underestimate the amount of rare macho sake they have in stock. Sake doesn't sell -> they can't bottle it -> they can't fill the tanks -> they can't stock new sake. We talked about how many sake breweries are in trouble because of this. It's a sweet sake with a strong sense of the old-fashioned Gunma sake. It's good. We drink it straight with soda. And it is a nabe. It is a spicy miso preparation today. I'm thankful that sweet Chinese cabbage can be bought cheaply at the local market in this season.

This was also purchased at AMAGASA, a store specializing in limited distribution sake. I thought it was a little less than 300ml, but it has the atmosphere of the old-fashioned sake of Gunma which is sweet and full-bodied, and it may be just the right amount. We have it cold and with soda to try. Personally, I felt that it was a good match with soda. It is cold here. Eating habits like nabe nabe doria nabe nabe eating out nabe. Today, too, it was hot in the afternoon but cold at night, so we had nabe.

When it gets cold, it's nabe and sake every day. Today I bought Tsurumei at AMAGASA, a store specializing in limited distribution sake. It was a stylish store in a great location and had a unique selection. The sake is soft, rich, and sweet, thanks to being stored in the snow. This is a good sake.
