あちゃ
Purchased at Mashidaya in Tochigi.
It's been four years since I moved to Gunma, but I've never had it.
It takes less than an hour to get to a sake brewery by car.
When I drank it, I thought to myself, "What have I been doing for four years?
It's modern, with a nice balance of sweetness and umami, and it's fresh but not tiring to drink.
And it's cheap.
I'll buy it again.
The target was nabe.
It is famous for its Chinese cabbage, leeks, and shiitake mushrooms, and the meat is delicious.
I think of Gunma as the land of nabe, with such good sake.
