Light and spicy. The first sip is indeed light and spicy. From the second sip, it is light and not spicy. From the third sip, sweetness comes out. It is a classic type of sake. It looks like it was designed to be a sake that goes well with fish. Indeed.

Gorgeous! Not a very good aroma, but a nice aroma. It's not flashy, but it's sweet and sour, with a little bitterness at the end, but it makes your mouth feel gorgeous. I feel it. The feeling in the nose is that of rice!

Fresh! Opened the bottle because of the B'z fireworks. Slightly effervescent. Somehow summery. 2nd day The fizziness has decreased and the spiciness and bitterness has increased. More pungent bitterness than sweetness? I feel it.

Sake of the North. Sometimes local Hokkaido! The rice paddies in the ○ are the landmark. The aroma is of rice and brewer's alcohol. It does not have the fruity flavor that is popular, but it is clean, refreshing, and easy to drink. The aftertaste is long. It certainly has a premium feel to it. Oishu!
