Ten'ichijin Strawberry yeast (I didn't smell any strawberry, did you?) Sweet taste. The taste is similar to jam, syrup, or honey. The sweetness spreads to the mouth. Nabeshima Tokujin Tokujin is mostly water. The taste is about as clear as water. Personally I like a little more rice rich taste but this is one of the best sake. Nabeshima Tokube ray junmai. it tastes like almost water. i prefer more rice rich taste but this is one of the best sake. super easy to drink. i like white label than purple one

Shinomine blanc Ise Nishiki - Junmai Daiginjo Nama-No-Filtered Raw Sake It's tangier than the very mild unfiltered malt syochu liqueur I drank the other day, and the taste is simple and simple rice, light, not very dry but slightly sweet (some people may find it too sweet) and slightly fizzy.
