From the moment it passes through the nose, it has a moderate sweetness and a strong acidity. It's totally yogurt! This is delicious. Just be careful not to drink too much because of the 6% alcohol content! I tell myself.

I bought it by mistake. It was my fault for not looking carefully. The first day after opening the bottle. Grapefruit on the palate. It is a little thick and tangy on the tongue. It is heavy from beginning to end, and the sweetness of the rice lingers in the aftertaste. Not my favorite sake, but it's good enough for me! I am looking forward to the second day and beyond.

The moment I put it in my mouth, it tingled on my tongue. It's more like a fresh peach than a ripe one. The alcoholic sensation slowly dissipates at the end. The overall impression is that it is a little hard. I look forward to the second day and beyond!

It seems to go well with a variety of dishes. I tend to drink sweet sake most of the time, but this is perfect for when I want to drink a refreshing sake. And it's reasonably priced!
