The palate opens with a pleasantly strong gassy sensation.

Could it indeed be a cherry? LOL!
It is full of sweet acidity and low alcohol, with a light mouthfeel.
It reminds me of Cinta-Cachillo.
But it's not as low in alcohol as Cinta-Cachillo, so maybe it's just right? I'm sure it will be just fine 😄.
There is nothing wrong with Hiragana Takachiyo!
