We chose the spiciest brand at the sake shop in Sawanoi Garden. It is said to be the most popular brand in Sawanoi. It is certainly spicy, but I personally give it a high score because the flavour is monotonous.

As the name suggests, it is a refreshing dry sake that goes well with the intense heat. It has a sweet taste that comes in afterwards.

The aroma is not strong, but it is easy to drink, and while maintaining a dry taste, the aftertaste is cohesive and very delicious. It is very tasty. It is as good as it gets.
