A local liquor store in our neighborhood recommended the 410th anniversary 16°!
The clean sweet taste matched with fish and tofu and the refreshing aftertaste is indescribable 😊.
410 years is wonderful!
It is a house drink. It was recommended by the liquor store in front of the Mizukami Onsen station. It is a moist junmai sake with a slightly sweet taste. The ginjo aroma was a bit on the back end. It was a reasonable sake.
I was surprised when the cap flew off when I opened the bottle, and although it was gently left in the refrigerator, it was well fermented, with a tart, refreshing sweetness that spread in the mouth. The rice polishing ratio is 60, alcohol 16°, and the sake has a gentle presence.
New Year's Eve sake was Kamitaka Junmai-shu Mizu-Hashiroshi brewed with lukewarm sake.
It is a delicious sake with a gentle aroma and a rich flavor that lingers in the mouth.
It's getting a little cooler and the sake is getting better. Today we're drinking Tsurukame's Hiyaoroshi, which has a stylish label instead of the usual retro label, and it's perfect for the slightly dry, full-bodied Junmaishu!
I received this as a return gift from Nishiwaki City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is a 2020 hometown tax payment. The rice is polished to 40%, but the complex acidity from the micro-fermentation in the bottle makes it a very unique and wonderful bottle. It is said to be like sake but not like sake. Certainly, the core strength that cannot be expressed only by fruity is impressive. It is a good sake.
Purchased at a local liquor store. I was going to enjoy it at home, but it was gone before I knew it. But it was gone before I knew it. The fresh aroma of the rice without any miscellaneous flavors came through easily, and the sweetness without any peculiarities finished it off nicely. Next time, let's get a bottle!
Hi Hiroyasu-san, nice to meet you ️.
Kayasha's Jun Gin is more delicious and recommended to drink after being heated than raw 😄.
Please try to drink it 😆.
Drinking at home. On my walk, I wandered into a local liquor store for a beautiful label and cool brand (^^).
The sweet aroma of the rice, as is typical of a 50% junmai ginjo, smoothly slips away after a faint sour taste. The mild acidity leaves a lingering taste.
This wine has a nice flavor and leaves a lingering aftertaste.
