As the back label says, be careful opening the bottle, and after opening and closing the lid several times, the bottle was finally opened. The aroma is moderately fruity. The wine has a strong sense of sizzle, but it gives the impression of being milky due to its cloudy taste. The sweetness and acidity are moderate, and the rice has a delicious flavor. The strong bitterness in the aftertaste is refreshing.

Schwarzwald and apple-like sweet and sour. Compared to the last time I drank Snow Fantasy, which was in the advanced stage of fermentation, the oli is darker and the flavor is richer, but the schwarziness and sweetness are less pronounced. It is easy to drink with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. The whiteness poured into the glass is like cotton candy. I thought it would be sweeter.

This is the first time for me to drink a packaged sake. Moderate aroma and sweetness, slight sourness. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, and it seems to disappear quickly. A quick search revealed that gekpaku means "white color with a pale blue tinge, reminiscent of the light of the moon. It tasted as beautiful as its name.
