Home Drinking Memo, Jan. No doubt about it. This is my favorite Kikuhime. When you put it in your mouth, it is cool and refreshing with a crisp feeling of lactic acid. In the middle, there is a strong umami taste. After that, there is a slight bitterness. Then, it is heated. The flavor is very thick and does not sag. A sense of maturity that comes out all at once. I can understand why people say it is the best heated sake in Japan. It's delicious!

100% OHSETO, Polishing ratio 55 In this age, what a simple label. Just by that alone, it raises the sensitivity mysteriously. Well. How does it taste? The aroma is mild. It's clean, and the acidity works well, but the umami comes along with it, and it leaves a strange feeling that lingers. I want to wash away the fatty yellowtail.

The fruit aroma is more intense than the other three. It has a richness that is never unpleasant. Is there anyone who doesn't like this? Aaaaah, yum!
