No doubt about it. This is my favorite Kikuhime.
When you put it in your mouth, it is cool and refreshing with a crisp feeling of lactic acid.
In the middle, there is a strong umami taste. After that, there is a slight bitterness.
Then, it is heated. The flavor is very thick and does not sag.
A sense of maturity that comes out all at once.
I can understand why people say it is the best heated sake in Japan.
It's delicious!
