I was attracted by the cool label with gold letters on a black background.
The aroma was subdued, and contrary to the bottle design, it had a surprisingly juicy, grape-like sweetness.
The bitterness became stronger in the latter half of the bottle, and the taste was more sharp than I had imagined.
It was a sake that would go well with Italian food.
This one is dry, but the ginjo aroma is gorgeous and enjoyable. Made from 100% Kame-no-o. Polishing ratio 55%, alcohol content 15%. Enjoy it with ginkgo nuts and other snacks at the end of the day.

My favorite Yamamoto series, named Sunshine Yellow, which is supposed to resemble a sunflower blooming toward summer 🌻.
It was a refreshing drink that I would definitely like to taste in the summer.

Gentle acidity on the palate with a fresh fruitiness 😋 delicious💕.
Slightly more aromatic and less acidic and sharp than the standard Pure Black.
As always, it is a moist, deep and delicious sake 🥰.
