Pure Black was so good that I tried another brand. It had a slightly gaseous taste with a moderate ginjo aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, it had a soft acidity and sweetness that was well-balanced and gentle without being outstanding.
Unfortunately, I caught a cold afterwards and the carbonation went away for a while, but the good balance was not lost and I was able to finish it with great taste.
The first shot in 2026 is
Yamamoto's yellow.
It is very fast in the mouth.
Aroma 3.0
Full-bodied 2.0
Spicy 3.5
Even if you like Yamamoto, you can't catch the speed 🥹.
1890
Opens with a slight "pssh".
The aroma is so-so.
The spiciness appears from the light sweetness.
Fruity but dry impression.
Family members who drank it with me said it was too sweet.
For those who usually prefer very spicy, it was too sweet.
◆Doukara Yamamoto 90ml
550yen
Very dry with a sake degree of +15, which is quite rare.
Slight sweetness on the palate.
But as soon as you swallow it
the spiciness rushes in all at once.
The unexpected two-step attack is surprising.
The perfect balance of subtle sweetness and sourness
A feeling of "choi gaseous", basically dry
Interesting composition@!
◆Kunishimaya Ginza
Established in 1892
A liquor store in Yokohama
Ginza Branch
First time to enter the restaurant on Sunday after 11:00 a.m.
Sake search and
and enjoy a petit kaku-uchi
We brought it to the last year-end party of the year.
After opening the bottle, after a few seconds of silence... the bubbles started to rise gradually.
The gasiness is slightly carbonated and it's a clear, dry nigori sake!
The umami of rice spreads and the lingering aftertaste is rather long and smooth ✨.
Delicious nigori 😋.
Oden, Yakitori (Tare) ✨
The New Year's Eve drinks for this year's family New Year's Eve gathering have been decided. ❕
My family has a lot of drinkers so they expect me to look forward to it every year. 🙄
This year's three sakes are Tasake's "Special Junmai Sake", Yamamoto's "Butterfly Purple", and Hakkaisan's "Echigo-de-zoro".
I wonder which one will be well received since many prefer dry.
I was expecting so much. Due to work, I didn't have time to get Hirotogawa and Shiraginkai this year....
As a nigori lover, I had to get Yamamoto-sama at the end of the year no matter what.
My wish came true and I got it!
Opened the bottle.
What is it? Isn't it kind of quiet this year? I thought the taste was explosive last year when I opened the bottle and poured it... but this year?
It's delicious, but it's not this good girl I was expecting: ‼️
This is a selfish opinion. But it's delicious 😋.
