Pure Black was so good that I tried another brand. It had a slightly gaseous taste with a moderate ginjo aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, it had a soft acidity and sweetness that was well-balanced and gentle without being outstanding.
Unfortunately, I caught a cold afterwards and the carbonation went away for a while, but the good balance was not lost and I was able to finish it with great taste.

We brought it to the last year-end party of the year.
After opening the bottle, after a few seconds of silence... the bubbles started to rise gradually.
The gasiness is slightly carbonated and it's a clear, dry nigori sake!
The umami of rice spreads and the lingering aftertaste is rather long and smooth ✨.
Delicious nigori 😋.

My family has a lot of drinkers so they expect me to look forward to it every year. 🙄
This year's three sakes are Tasake's "Special Junmai Sake", Yamamoto's "Butterfly Purple", and Hakkaisan's "Echigo-de-zoro".
I wonder which one will be well received since many prefer dry.
I was expecting so much. Due to work, I didn't have time to get Hirotogawa and Shiraginkai this year....
As a nigori lover, I had to get Yamamoto-sama at the end of the year no matter what.
