Third time in Fukuoka this month ✈️
We had dinner at a famous restaurant in Nakasu 😁.
First we ordered "Tanaka Rokuugo" 🍶 from Itoshima, our hometown.
It has the unique richness of Junmai,
And yet it is crisp and refreshing👍.
Good evening, Uchi~'s super~rippa 😃.
I see you were in Fukuoka.
I was also in Fukuoka, but two days apart 😊 and had some Tanaka Rokugo at Tenjin 😊.
I also got some Fukuoka sake at Sumiyoshi Shuhan ✨.
Tanaka Rokuugo has been raw for a long time.
I found it at a liquor store and bought it immediately without worrying!
A beautiful light cloudy color that you can't see the other side of the glass.
It has a sweet aroma like Yakult.
Very refreshing on the palate.
The balance of sweetness and sourness is wonderful!
The aftertaste is fleeting, with a yogurtiness like distant thunder that quickly disappears.
It is easy to drink like water.
It goes well with simple tasting snacks rather than sweet and spicy snacks!
Especially good with seafood.
Pairing: Steamed oysters with sake, assorted sashimi, garland chrysanthemum salad with raw ham and salted kelp, seafood okonomiyaki, fried lotus root with green laver, sweet vinegared turnip
It's a fun time of year with new sake being released one after another! Tanaka Rokugo's draft is also a pleasure at this time of the year.
It has a soft, mild and refreshing taste. It is a nice food sake that goes well with meals. I think it tastes better when mixed with ori.
It tastes good enough, but I would like to have a gaseous taste that is typical of nama-zake. Sorry for my selfish request😅.
Thanks again for the food this year 😊.
It has been a long time since we last saw Mr. Tanaka.
As usual, the taste is simple-is-best.
Perhaps it is this kind of sake that brings me back after all.
Yamadanishiki-like deliciousness, strong natural rice flavor that is not too clear, Nama-shu-like deliciousness, moderate sweetness that does not become too much, easy to drink and not tiring.
I had been curious about this sake for a while and the clerk recommended it to me, so I bought it. It has a mild aroma, no peculiarities, and is light, making it a sake for everyone. I would prefer a stronger and more peculiar taste.
Second glass of Tanaka Rokuugo🍶 at a motsu nabe restaurant in Tenjin.
Tanaka Rokugo's draft sake was available at a sake procurement, so I was ready to drink it at the restaurant.
The acidity complements the fresh flavor 😊.
Like last time, I grabbed a repeat of the combination of Tanaka Rokuugo and motsu nabe, and the combination was still outstanding👍.
Good morning, soumacho!
I'm going to go to Fukuoka for a long time 😍.
I've been wanting to go to Fukuoka for a long time 🎵
Tanaka Rokujugo is delicious 😋.
I'd love to pair it with 😋!
Hi ma-ki-, oh hello 😃
You had a drink at our wedding anniversary celebration the other day 😄.
Tanaka 65 + Motsunabe really go well together and you'll want to come back again and again👍!
Good evening, soumacho!
I see you were in Fukuoka.......I drank Tanaka Rokugo's raw sake a long time ago and still remember how good it tasted 😊The motsu nabe must be different in Fukuoka 😍.
Good evening, Pon-chan 😃.
Motsunabe comes in miso and soy sauce, but I prefer the miso flavor. I prefer the miso flavor. The motsu nabe at the restaurant I go to is sweet and delicious 🍲.
Of course, each restaurant has its own personality 😇
A flicker of snow
Shall we go for a light lunch after work?
I'm in, Mr. Seri!
10% off coupon OK🙆♂️
First, Tanaka Rokuugo!
The last time I had it in Kumamoto was a draft sake, but this time it was a standard Junmai.
It's a brand we don't often encounter!
This is the fourth time!
The taste is described as "grape"!
It is a calm sake for a meal.
A light appetizer to go with oden (Japanese soup stock).
Please don't have heavy snow tomorrow!
And please don't have an earthquake!
I drink while wishing 🍶.
