At home. Hatsutanaka Rokuugo. A famous sake, but I didn't know much about it... Yamada-Nishiki, it's a tanaka in the middle of a rice field. I knew it for the first time. The aroma is fruity (Muscat type?). Good balance of sweetness, umami, acidity, and bitterness. It is a quintessential gem, suitable to be enjoyed in a relaxed and leisurely manner.

(人 -͈ᴗ-͈)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today I had my first Tanaka Rokuugo 😀 The aroma is fresh and gentle, like grapes 😙 When you drink it, the subtle umami of rice and acidity are well balanced and it goes down a treat. It is a good sake for a meal 🤔This is a delicious sake 😄.

Junmai-shu, 65% polished rice, brewed by Mr. Tanaka in a sake brewery located in the rice paddies. Tanaka Rokuugo. I knew it was delicious from everyone's postings on Sake no Wa 😊. I thought it would be more of a gusto, but it was a delicious sake with a gentle rice flavor and a light texture♪ Kyushu has an image of shochu, but I was surprised at the high level of sake as well, including Tanaka Rokuugo, Koei Kiku, and Sundo 😆. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other sake I have in stock 😁.

-Tanaka Rokugo Fusion of SENKYO and TANAKA Rokuugo, I enjoyed "Sengoku Tanaka" for the first time. What a luxurious collaboration! The two brewers are able to showcase each other's strengths and have a strong presence, It has a strong presence and a deep taste. I would like to drink it again.

Purchased at Izumiya, which I have not visited in a while. The reason for my choice was that I had not yet tasted any sake from Fukuoka. It was also because I had not seen many... I guess it is more of a light sake with a clear taste, but it was still delicious with its umami and acidity without giving a light impression. I would like to try the collaboration with Senkyoku, but I remember I passed it up because it was too expensive when I saw it in the past😓.

Good evening, Jay and Nobby! I've seen Fukuoka rice around but never had a chance to get my hands on it 😅. The price will have to be raised to the minimum due to the rising price of rice in the future.

It was my #1 favorite drink before I lived in the US (can't remember the details) and I hadn't had it in a while when I got back. I think I would like it because I like the sweet mouthfeel and it has no habits, but it wasn't as distinctive as I thought it would be. It's easy to drink and goes well with food, but I'm not sure if I'll drink it again after I finish a bottle. 75 points.
