nenemuIbaraki Sake KIRITSUKUBA Hatsu Shibori Mild Nigori Hon Nama Kiri-Tsukuba" is one of Urasato Shuzoten's two signature sake brands introduced in the last issue. This is the first pressing of the "Kiri-Tsukuba", and it is a light nigori honnagori sake. Compared to "Urasato Light Nigori", this one is more refreshing. It is less sweet than "Raifuku Moromi Sake. It has a more pleasant bitterness that cuts through quickly. I think I can recommend this to my friends who are into dry sake. Kiri-Tsukuba is gradually becoming more and more popular, and some local stores are sold out, making it difficult to purchase. Surprisingly, I was able to purchase it at a liquor store in the Uchihara Mito Aeon. It is extremely inexpensive at 1,200 yen for a four-pack, but the taste is even better than that. If you find it, please buy it. Degree of liking 9/10

kikoThe three days of the New Year are over in a flash and we are in normal mode. I decided to check in at Sake-no-wa 300 with Kiri-Tsukuba. I enjoyed it the first time I drank it last year, so I decided to repeat it. It is a first pressing of raw sake, fresh, melon-like, and refreshingly sweet. I will continue to seek out new sake encounters this year at a pace of 100 bottles a year.

マミオAnother bottle 🥰 from the Christmas Nabe Pa🍲 at a friend's house. A sake friend brought a bottle of Kirizukuba's new sake nigori that I had been lamenting that I wanted to try but couldn't get around to it during the new sake season💕. Lately, I've been thinking that active nigori are pretty much all alike, but this one is crisp with alcohol and has a restrained lactic acid aroma! 😳 It was a bit of a new kind of schwagori for me personally 🤩.

ヒラッチョTsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture KIRITSUKUBA Hatsu Shibori Hon-nama Usu Nigori I had a good impression of the "Urasato" brand of sake from the Kiri-Tsukuba brewery, but this is my first time drinking "Kiri-Tsukuba". I have an image of Kiri-Tsukuba being promoted by Manachie-san. I bought a bottle of "Kiri-Tsukuba Lightly Slightly Nigori" at a liquor store in Minamiurawa today. I had fried rice and half a ramen at "Chinese Maruhachi," a famous restaurant in Minamiurawa. Just by looking at the owner's skillful cooking, I was convinced that the food would be delicious. It was delicious. The Kirizukuba is fresh and crisp. It is pressed in a tank, so it seems to have a fine texture. The quality is so good that it is hard to believe that it is priced at 1,320 yen (tax included) for a 4-pack. I am looking forward to the potential after opening the bottle and enjoying the rest later. However, I drank 3 gou in no time and have 1 gou left to go... I'm going to drink it with miso stewed tofu with motsu (pork).

まつちよThis is my first time to try Kiri-Tsukuba. Is it a local brand in Urasato? The top aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, it is dry with a hint of sweetness, followed by a bitter nigori taste. After reading the label on the back of the bottle, I realized that it is a honjozo. There was no particular alkali taste that bothered me. I wonder if a little was added to give it a sharpness. I am looking forward to Urasato's nigori, too! It was delicious 🍶.
