kikoThe three days of the New Year are over in a flash and we are in normal mode. I decided to check in at Sake-no-wa 300 with Kiri-Tsukuba. I enjoyed it the first time I drank it last year, so I decided to repeat it.
It is a first pressing of raw sake, fresh, melon-like, and refreshingly sweet. I will continue to seek out new sake encounters this year at a pace of 100 bottles a year.
